Significant performance are recorded by recorded overtime in the branches subject to Work cardfrom January to July 2025, according to data from ERGANI.
Overall, in the 7 months of 2025, recorded overtime in the integration of the digital working card are 80% increased compared to the similar seven months of 2024. Specifically, more than 3.5 million overtime have already been recorded in 2025, a number of 1.5 million hours in compared to 2024.
Concerning July in particular, recorded overtime appear by 76% increased compared to July 2024. At the same time, all sectors in which the OSKE applies.
The highest increase in recorded overtime is again presented in the tourism industry in both 7 months ( +728%) and monthly basis ( +541%), followed by the catering industry with an increase of +301% on a 7 -month basis and +154% on a monthly basis.
The increase in other large sectors of employment remains particularly important where they were compulsorily integrated into:
- Retail Trade: 105% on 7 -month basis ~ 89% on a monthly basis
- Industry: 65% on a 7 -month basis ~ 25% on a monthly basis
