Today, as a result of European cooperation through the Task Force, the convergence of southeastern and northern Europe has taken place, which was also reflected in current month’s current invoices. In PASOK, unfortunately, they did not find a word about the fact that the wholesale of energy in August has now moved to pre -crisis levels.
· Greece holds 7th place worldwide in the penetration of RES and the differentiated energy mix. This only as a sign of failure cannot be considered if Europe’s strategic priority is taken into account in Russian gas detachment. Unless in PASOK, they disagree with this EU option. In fact, the established power of RES has more than doubled compared to 2019, after years of stagnation (2015-2019). These RES is also due to the low price of the previous month.
· The country has almost quadrupled investment in connections and electricity networks in order to reduce the cost of energy for everyone. Now, € 1.5 billion is invested from € 400 million in 2019. At the same time, the Athens-Crete electric interconnection has been completed and proceed with equally significant interconnections in island complexes in the country, with the aim of not sharing the cost of the public utility.
· Greece is a pure exporter of electricity for the first time since 2000, with a PPC that no longer declines and is not in danger of collapse, but starred in the Balkans.
