At least 10,000 protesters, many of whom are marching to its Town Hall Constantinopleresponding to an opposition call against the arrest of Imamogloureporters from the French News Agency.
The Republican People’s Party Chp, the opposition party in Turkey, called on a rally there for the third consecutive night to denounce the arrest of the city’s mayor, Ekrem Imamoglu, who is accused of “corruption” and “terrorism”.
