Skeletal and helpless found the ‘Athens Happy House’ Association a horse In Edipsos who lived alone in recent weeks and trapped on a plot as his boss had died. Her sad story was announced by members of the union who rushed to help her and praying to be able to step on her feet again.
The tragic life that lived on the horse became known to the union by a girl, Marianthi who alerted them to her poor health. For this reason the horse was also named Marianthi. The members of the union who arrived in Edipsos saw the animal in miserable conditions, unable to believe how it has managed and still lives.
“When I saw the photo I was staring at her, not being able to believe what I was looking at, a living skeleton with two eyes looking at me,” writes a member of the club in the post.
The club was trying for 3 days to find a way to transfer Marianth to Athens. Despite the financial difficulties and another horse, they finally succeeded.
Marianthi’s transfer was difficult, she had no power and struggled with a stroke that made her stand on her feet.
In the end the horse was transferred to Athens Happy House.
“I don’t know if she will live, but I know that we will all try day night until we see her transformed into the unicorn that we all dreamed of as children,” the post still said.
