‘Green Light’ by Parliament got his bill interior ministry for the reform of disciplinary law in the State.
The bill provides, inter alia, the recommendation of Disciplinary Council of Human Resources Public Sector, in which they will participate 60 Officers of the State Legal Councilwho will have exclusive employment. The aim is to examine and complete disciplinary cases.
The list of disciplinary offenses and penalties is also updated, with the aim, according to the ministry, to meet modern needs, while introducing transparency valves and the utilization of new technologies.
In accordance with the provisions, the Hellenic Center for Administrative Reforms Expertise, with the aim of transporting know -how and enhancing the extroversion of the State.
The bill also includes arrangements for employees, such as co -operatives with spouses outside the State, facilitating transfers, strengthening services in border areas, extension of successful grades in the ASEP competition of 2023 and accelerating a special staff.
In particular what the bill provides
With Part A, The new institutional framework is set for its awarding Justice in public administration that is part of the holistic reform that has been evolving since 2019, aiming at:
• In the fastest, better and more efficient disciplinary justice for both civil servants and for OTA and Law Office officials,
• In the full modernization of the existing institutional framework and the standardization of disciplinary jurisdiction,
• In the update of disciplinary offenses and in -depth penalties based on modern social reality, as well as
• In the face of a sense of impunity in public administration.
With Part B ‘It is foreseen to create a new legal person private law, which aims to transfer know -how acquired in previous years regarding the administrative reform in Greece.
