As the deputy minister pointed out, checks have increased significantly: from 50,000 in 2019 to about 90,000 today, while overtime declared overtime have exceeded 2.1 million in the first half of the year.

The bill introduces fast track recruitment procedures via application on mobile. According to Mr. Karagounis, employers will be able to digitally send the basic terms of contract to the employee, who will accept a “click”. The deputy minister also pointed out that after nearly 30 years, the institutional framework for health and safety at work is updated. Security techniques and labor doctors will now be registered electronically in the information system of the Independent Labor Inspectorate, with the aim of preventing accidents at work.
Other provisions of the bill
