In Argosaronic the differences are large, but the general trend remains upward. Salamis remains the most economical island in the area, with an average price of € 1,559/sqm, although it recorded an annual increase of more than 10%. Aegina, at 2,350 €/sqm, and Poros, at 2,469 €/sqm, are shaped by popular options for buyers seeking proximity to Athens without the prices of Hydra or Spetses. In contrast, Hydra with 6,500 €/sqm. It holds the title of the most expensive island of Argosaronikos, while Spetses also recorded strong interest from abroad.

The overall picture shows that, although prices go up to almost all islands, there are still opportunities. Samos, Kythera, Corfu, Syros, Andros and Salamis remain in the most affordable choices.
