The Ministry of Finance and AADE are expected to put in front of the next month in the mission of fines to more than 350,000 owners of IX vehicles, who were found at the initial electronic junction of June illegally.
According to the same information, out of a total of 350,000 drivers, the 150,000 had no KTEOs in force, while 90,000 had not paid the traffic charges. Most of them were found double or even triple violations, that is, with uninsured vehicles, without the passage of KTEO and without paying.
On the basis of the new legislation, the fines are shaped as follows:
- 250 to 1,000 euros for uninsured vehicles
- 400 euros for KTEO shortage
- Double amounts for unpaid traffic charges
- Up to 10,000 euros if the vehicle is in declared immobility and found to be released
IX owners have the right to objection within 5 business days, and if they comply within 10 days (insurance, KTEO, fees) the fines are deleted.
Otherwise, they remain, and in re -checking from 3 to 12 months plates and registration license are removed.
