Mildly dropped the values of shares In the closure of today’s session (19.3.2025) Athens Shipowneramid partial movements of short -term profits.
However, towards the end of the transactions at the Athens Stock Exchange meeting, buyers returned, reducing the rate of decline, giving closing above 1,700 points, while the turnover was high and 47,575,400 shares were traded.
The General Price Index closed at 1,701.28 points, down 0.23%, while intra-conferences recorded a lower price to 1,691.35 points (-0.81%). The value of the transactions amounted to EUR 226.06 million.
The high capitalization index fell 0.42%, while the mid -capitalization index was up 0.74%.
Of the high capitalization shares, the shares of Greece (+4.99%), Aegean Airlines (+2.87%), Lamda Development (+2.74%) and Viohalco (+2.49%) were the largest.
On the contrary, the shares of Sarantis (-3.23%), OTE (-2.29%), OPAP (-2.06%), National (-1.99%), AIA (-1.97%) and Alpha Bank (-1.63%) fell the biggest decline.
The largest volume of trading was presented by Alpha Bank and Piraeus with 13,072,820 and 7,013,898 shares, respectively.
National with EUR 41.87 million and Piraeus with EUR 36.74 million.
64 shares moved up, 46 declining and 15 remained stable.
The shares rose the most: Attic editions (+9.88%) and Leventeris (K) (+6.48%).
The biggest decline was recorded by Leventeris (P) (-5.88%) and Mathios Pyrimala (-5.44%).
