New debt arrangement for those affected by the Daniel bad weather Applies to the Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), by decision of the Deputy Minister of National Economy and Finance, George Kotsira (A 1117/2025).
From 8/8 to 30/9, those affected by the bad weather “Daniel” can submit their application to AADE, according to ERTnews, via the Myaade Digital Gate (Myaade.gov.gr), following the route: My Account (Debts, Payments & Returns) Law 5222/2025.
It should be noted that the regulation is completed only if the first installment is paid within three business days of the date of application.
What debts are subject to:
The arrangement is subject to debts confirmed by DOU, KEBES or KEMEVs, for which a suspension of recovery or extension of payment until 31/07 had been granted, in the context of dealing with emergencies from the bad weather “Daniel” (paragraph 1 of article 43 of Law 5184/2025).
The new arrangement provides the possibility:
- repayment in up to 72 interest -free monthly installments (minimum amount of 30 euros),
- suspension of receiving the forced collection measures,
- granting evidence of tax information,
- suspension of criminal proceedings for debts to the State.
