Socrates Famellos, in his post on social media, responds to the Prime Minister in a categorical way. Kyriakos Mitsotakis. On the occasion of the Prime Minister’s statement on “consultation” instead of “imprisonment”, the president of SYRIZA-PS. He stresses that there is no field of cooperation on corruption and injustice.
In his text, Mr Famellos categorically rejects the proposal for consultation, referring to a number of issues. Among other things, he is referring to the case of agricultural subsidies to OPEKEPE, the abuse of public money, the Tempe accident, and the degradation of democratic processes.
The SYRIZA president clearly states that the opposition is not going to be complicit in such situations, while closing in with a categorical statement: “The country will not breathe until you leave.” The only possible consultation, according to him, is that the current government must leave.
What does Mr Mitsotakis mean by asking the opposition “to talk, instead of looking at who we will put in prison” in today’s interview on the First Issue?
To consult with the frappe and the butchers about the theft of agricultural subsidies in OPECEPE? NO … pic.twitter.com/KELzEgTowe
