The 30 -year -old Christina Formella was arrested in the suburb of Chicago’s Downers Grove last Sunday (16.03.2025) – a few days after her student complained that she had sexually harassed him in the class of Downers Grove South High School in December 2023.
Formella – who married in August 2024 – was also a football coach at school, as the New York Post writes.
“Complaints against Formella are extremely alarming,” DuPage County Prosecutor Robert Berlin said in a statement.
“She allegedly used her trust and power as a teacher and coach to sexually attack a minor student. The type of abuse and behavior reported in this case will not be tolerated. “
The whole incident was revealed by the 15 -year -old’s mother when he was linked to his ICLOUD account when he bought a new mobile phone.
The woman fell on messages exchanged by her son and the 30 -year -old teacher who were discussing sexual intercourse – even a relationship.
