Pomida points out that the new regulation does not simulate those who pay with bad payers, nor does it abolish protective deadlines. On the contrary, it facilitates real estate performance when the agreed duration expires and enhances trust in leases.

It is also emphasized that the lack of such a tool has discouraged many owners than to dispose of their properties on the market. Now, with the new process, it is expected that more closed apartments and stores will return to traffic, which will benefit in the long run. In addition, the new order does not allow for early lease complaint for reasons such as home ownership or sale, as the protection of the three -year minimum duration is maintained.
