After the war with Israel, which began on 13 and ended on June 24, 2025, the Iran He tries to “click on his feet again” and regain the lost ground in his nuclear program, despite the devastating bombings of USA in its nuclear facilities.
France, Germany, Britain and the US have emphasized that they are open to re -launching Iran’s negotiations on the future of the Islamic Republic’s nuclear program, however Tehran insists on its right to continue uranium enrichment, which is considered a “red line” by the West.
In this context, the three European countries are expected to hold new talks with the Iranian side tomorrow (25.07.2025) in Istanbul.
But Tehran points out that it is open to resume negotiations with the US, as long as some authorities are respected, as Iranian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kazem Garibabadi said today (24.07.2025).
Tehran’s terms and attitude
The Iranian diplomat added that talks could resume if Tehran’s rights were recognized under the Nuclear Non -Development Treaty, and Washington builds confidence with Iran and guarantee that the negotiations would not lead to new military action.
It is noted that Iranian diplomacy leader Abas Aragzi told Fox News last Monday (21.07.2025) that «Iran does not intend to abandon uranium enrichment program rather than damage to nuclear facilities».
At the same time, he acknowledged that Iran’s nuclear facilities hit by recent US and Israeli attacks have suffered significant damage.
“The program has stopped because, yes, the damage is serious and important, but obviously we cannot abandon enrichment, this is an achievement of our scientists. And now, above all, it is a matter of national pride, “Iran’s foreign minister said.
