The 15th matchday of the Euroleague was bad for the Greek teams. Panathinaikos and Olympic they suffered defeats by double digits against Efes and Erythro Astera, respectively, and dropped in the standings.
Panathinaikos was actually dragged to Turkey by Efes, after being defeated by 26 points (93-67), while Olympiacos also suffered a heavy defeat in Belgrade, losing 87-73.
The Piraeus lost to 9-6, while the greens to 8-7. Both are out of the top four and will need wins in the following matches to get close to the top positions again.
Notably, Paris’ first defeat in the competition after 10 consecutive wins. Splitter’s team lost the French Civil War to Villeurbanne.
