• Establishes mandatory removal of the perpetrator by electronic surveillance (GPS bracelet).
• Provides ex officio prosecution for any form of gender or domestic violence.
• Provides free legal support to victims, without income criteria.
• Creates a register of perpetrators and domestic violence and a special reassessment mechanism.
• ensures financial and psychological support for minor children of victim.
• Criminalizes digital gender -based violence and non -consensual pornography.
• Proposes the establishment of family courts and the training of public officials.
