Speaking about Katerina’s case, which he took on, he revealed: “The first thing I found was that there were two basic murder.There were findings of suffocation in the pathological examinations. That is, homicide. However, forensic experts had ruled out this possibility and we fought for ten months to reverse the narrative“.
According to him, there was no overall picture of the cases, as reports were made individually: “The forensic experts obviously did not know about previous deaths. The only one who had been informed that the same woman had lost another child was the Athens forensic expert“.
Mr. Galenderis explained that forensic experts depend on the abnormal findings, without the possibility of evaluating or reviewing: “When I do not have a clear cause of death from the necrotomy and the pathological comes with five findings, I have to accept them.
