The President of the European Commission Ursula von der Layen blamed her China that distorts trade and restricts European business access two weeks before the summit between the financial forces.
“To move on to our partnership, we need a real re -examination: Fewer market distortions, less excessive production capacity extracted from China and fair, mutual access to European businesses in China,” Ursula von Der Laen (20).
