At Simonos Petras Monastery with his son Kyriakos Mitsotakis – the monks performed a trilogy in memory of his parents
The Divine Liturgy in the Holy Monastery of Simon Petra on Mount Athos attended Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakisat dawn with his son. At the end of the Divine Liturgy, the monks performed a tragedy in memory of the parents of Constantine and Marika Mitsotakis and Pavlos Bakoyannis. The names of the Prime Minister’s parents are registered as beneficiaries in the Diploma of the Holy Monastery, for the help of Konstantinos Mitsotakis in the monastery after the disastrous fire of 1990.
Immediately afterwards, the official reception of the Prime Minister was held by the members of the Monastic Brotherhood, with an address by the abbot of Elisha and Mr Mitsotakis.
During the Divine Liturgy, the prime minister led the symbol of faith and also said Sunday prayer, according to the protocol.
