Today Saturday July 5 Measure, Tram and buses. In yesterday’s announcement on X (formerly Twitter), the Government announced the test 24 -hour operation as part of a boosting safe nightlife in Athens.

Today, Saturday, for the first time, there will be 24 hours of metro, tram and selected bus lines.

OASA implements a test action that covers Lines 2 and 3 of the Metro, T6 and T7 lines and nine additional bus lines, beyond the permanent 24 -hour and nightclubs.

In a message on Friday in X, the government announced the test 24 -hour operation in the context of boosting safe nightlife in the capital.

The post specifically states: “Tomorrow is Saturday July 5th. You know it. You want to go out on Saturdays. And you know that. The new one? Now you can return home safely by public transport. “
