Statements

O Minister of Health Adonis Georgiadis stated:

“We invited today to Evangelismos Hospital to Labor Minister Niki Kerameos and the Commander of the DPA Mr. Spyros Protopsaltis to thank them for the huge help of the DBA to the National Health System with staff recruitment programs and, in particular, with the recruitment of 500 injuries. No matter how impressed, the injured man is a key key to reducing the waiting time on on -call. So, in combination with all other measures we have taken so far, the 500 injured carriers will make a decisive contribution to reducing delays in patient intercourse, emergency congestion and improving the overall operation of hospitals. We do not stop here: We continue the recruitment and reforms they need, so that every citizen can find quality and decent health services. I would like to thank the Ministry of Labor and the DBA again for the speed and effectiveness of the process and assure the citizens that we remain committed to the continued upgrading of the NHS. Health is and will remain a top priority for this government. “

The Minister of Labor and Social Security Ceramic Victory stated:

“Our goal is to be useful in society, with every act, to help the daily lives of our fellow citizens. A few months ago, I talked to Mr. Georgiadis and explained to me the issue that exists on on -call times and how much it would help if we had more injured. Obviously, the mission of the Ministry of Labor is not to staff the State. However, when there is a certain need, we can come with targeted employment programs and help in this direction. Therefore, in collaboration with the Public Employment Service, we have drafted a special employment program for injured carriers. The targeting was double: First, we went to our unemployed fellow citizens, many of whom are at a critical age, some over 50, and who have a greater difficulty in penetrating the labor market and are a little bit of retirement. And at the same time, with this precious human resources, to support critical services of the National Health System. I would like to thank the Minister of Health, Mr. Georgiadis for the excellent cooperation we had »

The Governor of the DPA Spyros Protopsaltis stated:

“We support the national health system and the people who staff it. Through the targeted action of DBA, we gave 500 unemployed the opportunity to reintegrate the labor market immediately, while enhancing critical structures of the Ministry of Health. With an emphasis on long -term unemployment and unemployment of young people, we invest in full -time jobs that have a social and public footprint. Our excellent cooperation with the Ministries of Labor and Health proves how employment and public health can be strengthened at the same time, for the benefit of all. “
