All obstacles seem to have been overcome and the Kimberly Gilfail prepares suitcases for Greece.
The US Senate Committee has appointed July 9th as the date of the hearing to approval the appointment of Kimberly Gilfail, who has been nominated by Donald Trump for the post of ambassador to Greece.
The listening is scheduled for 10am (Washington local time).
After listening, its appointment should also be validated by the Senate plenary.
Gilfail is expected to depart for Athens shortly after its swearing -in by President Trump, which will take place at the White House Oval Office.
