The leadership of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy made a majority voted by the plenary by the plenary’s law on the partial ratification of a Community directive on the “framework for promoting biomethane production, rules for organizing hydrogen production market and hydrogen.”

“The ministry’s leadership has accepted their request for amending Article 9 of the bill and has now brought a compromise projected to cover the costs for the first three kilometers of the pipeline by the administrator, and from three kilometers to 10 kilometers, to divide 50% -50%. I think it’s a compromise that responds to the wishes of the actors, “Papastavrou stressed.
The bill was also included in the amendment regulating the framework of the construction for settlements with a population of less than 2,000, which was voted by a majority.
