The pictures with the cloud “tsunami” as they have called it have been flooded with the internet for a few hours. In fact, it is a rolling cloud that has managed to cover many cities of central and southern Portugal.
The cloud Arcus is a compact horizontal cylinder with abnormal edges, located in the lower section of clouds. It usually is formed when the sea aura encounters warmer gases. Most of the time it is a strong storm warning.
