AADE: Debtors’ lists of over 150,000 euros in public and E-EFKA

The AADE has been released today (30.6.2025) the list of names and brands of the largest debtor of Public and E-EFKA.

The lists are two, with debtors divided into natural and legal entities that maintain more than 150,000 euros in public and EFKA, delayed in paying more than one year.

The list of natural persons and the list of legal entities

There are also PAE this year in the list this year, hotel groups, industries, insurance and advertising companies, as well as well -known entrepreneurs. They all owe them to the State, and they have not been regulated, and they are now exposed public.

These 28,000 debtors account for more than 90% of total debts to the tax office. Debts exceed € 160 billion and the government’s goal is to cut everything it can, mainly from the most “thick” cases.

In both lists it seems that by the end of June:

  • 11.616 natural persons with debts of over 150,000 euros owe a total of 45.8 billion euros and
  • 18.863 Legal Entities have overdue debt of 109.02 billion euros.

Prumping the data on the debts to the State was carried out in accordance with data from the Taxis/Eispraxis/ICISNET information systems databases as informed and maintained by the DOU, KEVS.

The details of the debts to E-EFKA was carried out in accordance with the data from the Database of the KEAO Information System Database as informed and maintained by the relevant Local E-EFKA Directorates and the KEAO Regional Services, in accordance with the relevant POL.158/2017.
