In a new and improved position o Olympic in the renewed ranking with the top 500 teams (01.12.23-30.11.24), announced by the International Federation of History and Statistics of Football (IFFHS).
From IFFHS 32nd place, Olympiacos rose to 30th place in the world, having now accumulated 229.5 points and keeping.. distance from the rest of the Greek teams.
PAOK fell -from 59th- to 62nd place (179), Panathinaikos registered an increase, reaching -from 116th- to 96th place (145), followed by AEK in 198th (100.5) from 194th place, with Mars to complete the Greek pentad, in the 305th- (78) from the 269th place. In 409th place – out of 439th – is Panaitolikos (63 points).
At the top of the standings is still Real Madrid (388 points), ahead of Atalanta (377 points) and Bayer Leverkusen (370).
In the top-100 there are 70 teams from UEFA, 24 from CONMEBOL, three from AFC, two from CAF and one from CONCACAF, while there are 32 different countries (UEFA 22, CONMEBOL 6, AFC 2, CAF 1, CONCACAF 1 ). Brazil has 13 clubs, Italy and Spain 9, England 7 and Germany and France 6 each.
