In a major reshuffle move, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis proceeded New appointments in critical positions of the government. According to the official announcement of the Deputy Minister under the Prime Minister and government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis, a new Minister of Immigration and Asylum is taken over by Thanos Plevris.

The swearing -in of the new members of the government will take place on Monday, June 30, at 10:00 am, in the presence of the President of the Republic, Konstantinos Tasoula. Immediately after 12:00, the Prime Minister’s chairing will meet the cabinet at the Maximus Palace, where the government’s main directions are expected to be discussed.
This reshuffle is a move of strategic importance, with the aim of enhancing government functioning and highlighting persons who will be called upon to implement critical policy areas, such as immigration, foreign policy, rural development and digital governance.
