Greece – Scotland: In “Karaiskakis” the big match of the national football team

The Executive Committee of the EPO will meet next Thursday (12.12.2024) and one of the topics to be discussed is its seat Greece – Scotlandfor the play off of the League of Nations.

According to what emerges, the crucial match of the National football team, for promotion to League A of Nations League will be held at “G. Karaiskakis”, in order to create a “hot” atmosphere, which will “help” Ivan Jovanovic’s players.

It is recalled that the Blue and White did very well there in the Nations League groups, drawing 2/2 against Finland and Ireland, but losing the first place to England in the OAKA, having -however- defeated the “three lions” for the first time at Wembley.

We remind you that Greece’s -first- home match against Scotland will be held on March 20, while the second leg will take place on the 23rd of the same month.
