A few hours after winning the title in LNB with the colors of Paris, what Jace Shorts became the new Panathinaic Aktor member and talked about what he expects to live and succeed with the green jersey next two years.

Congratulations on winning the title in LNB with Paris Basketball! How do you feel after such an impressive season with Paris Basketball, especially since you now join Panathinaikos Aktor?
“I feel terrible after the year I had with Paris Basketball. I feel even more confident that after all this success I had, I am integrated into one of Europe’s most historic clubs, in which I can bring the winner’s mentality and my philosophy.”
What do you think would do next season really special for you?
“You know I think that the kids who are already in the team and have achieved so much with all those who join the whole we can have a really great season. I feel that Panathinaikos is a team full of winners, talent, hunger and huge desire to win.
In the past you have referred to Panathinaikos Aktor fans and the atmosphere of OAKA…
“I really believe what I have said! Panathinaikos fans are one of the best in the world. That is to say, having the ability to play in front of this audience is something really interesting and impressive. I am looking forward to this awesome experience!”
How did you live the experience of the OAKA this year and what did you expect for next season?
“This year I was on the other side, so it was a great experience because the fans at the OAKA make the opponents feel the pressure of the fight, something that is great. Now that I will have this world on my side, I hope to give them even more energy,
What are the expectations you have once you work with a terrible peripheral line that includes Kostas Sloukas, Centric Nan and Jerian Grand?
“Do you want the truth? I think with Central Nan we can create one of the best regional lines in Europe and push each other to even higher levels, in order to achieve even more! Also, being a teammate with such great names as Kostas Sloukas, Things from them and mature even more as a player, being next to such talented people. “
Since in recent years you have been conquering titles, what are the goals you now have as a member of Panathinaikos Aktor?
“My goals are the same every season: to win as many games as possible and in the end to be able to lift any trophy in front of me!”
How do you feel about working with such a successful coach as Ergkin Ataman?
“I have a great motivation and enthusiasm to work with a coach like him. He is a man who has proven to be a winner every year, so I look forward to getting into his mind and find out what he wants to do and what he expects from me every time I am on the pitch.”

“My message is clear: I am looking forward to coming to Greece so that not just find out who I am as a basketball player, but also as a human being. I am very excited about what is coming and looking forward to the new season starting!”
