A criminal prosecution was brought by the Prosecutor’s Office of Athens for “manslaughter in a calm state of mind intentionally committed jointly and in a serial attempt”, for the case of the massacre in Glyfada.
Also, a criminal prosecution was brought for “ethical complicity in the above act, illegal carrying of weapons and use of weapons” in relation to the double execution of the two Turks during the day – noon in Glyfada, on Monday (09.12.2024).
After the prosecution, the two defendants are brought before an investigator, from whom they have the right to request and receive a deadline.

Passers-by move on the street and are in the courtyard of a church. One of the assailants pulls out his gun and opens fire, running towards his victim at the same time.
A few meters down are two children and other unsuspecting citizens. Everyone starts running in fear at the sound of gunshots and the sight of the Turkish mobsters being chased.
After the scenes of the double cold execution, the perpetrators ran to disappear.
