The preliminary committee, in accordance with Article 156 (3) of the CBC, “is constituted and operates in accordance with the corresponding provisions of the Standing Parliamentary Committees, which apply accordingly”, so decisions are made by the absolute majority of those present (Article 29 CB).

This preliminary committee consists of a total of 26 members 14 of whom are ND MPs, 11 MPs come from the opposition parliamentary groups and one of the independent MPs.

In particular, in alphabetical order, the 14 ND MPs are: George Amyras, Angeliki Delikaris, Dimitris Keridis, Konstantina Karampatsolis, Panagis Kapatos, Stavros Keletis, Konstantinos Kefaliou, Kefalogianis Nikolakopoulos and Maximos Senetakis.
