Real Estate Leases: One week left for the submission of statements – AADE’s decision

Until Monday (30.6.2025), owners who rent real estate are room to submit Statement Lease Real estatewhile by the same date the tenants will have to accept the contracts and any co -owners to confirm the declared data.

Specifically, the decision of the AADE Governor George Pitsilis states that after submitting the declaration of real estate leasing information, a notification is sent to one of the co -owners, and is given 30 days to accept or reject the statement. If there is no reaction, acceptance is considered implied and the evidence applies to everyone, according to ERTNEWS.

Each new lease statement is automatically sent to the lessee for acceptance or rejection through the myaade, email and Myaadeapp application. And for the lessee there is a 30 -day margin to answer. If it does not respond within space, the statement is considered implicitly acceptable. In case of rejection, justification is required.

The procedure concerns all new leases declared from June 2, and by June 30, the deadline for accepting earlier statements and the submission of lease solutions without fine expires.

The new system replaces the previous regime, where lease statements did not require active participation in the tenant. Now, each contract must be confirmed electronically by all involved, which puts an end to arbitrary leasing or inert lease phenomena.

By June 30, it is also possible to spend late leases expired by April 30, 2025, without the imposition of a fine of 100 euros.

All actions are performed through the application of real estate leasing statements on the Myaade platform, with Taxisnet entry (Route: Applications> Tax Services> Property).

This digital system is the forerunner for the activation of the Real Estate Property and Management Registry (Mida), with the aim of fully visiting which lease which property, under what terms, and with the confirmation of all stakeholders. Thus, AADE aspires to put an end to virtual leases, forgotten contracts and inaccurate statements.

In the meantime, by July 15, it is possible to corrections to already submitted tax returns, especially in terms of filling in the lease number (code 081), without the imposition of a fine. The arrangement is made in view of the return of a first residence or student housing in November and relates to cases where statements have been submitted without the full details of the lease, resulting in amending.

For those who do not catch up by mid -July, a second “window” of opportunity is maintained until September 30, also without sanctions.
