Alarm rang this morning, Friday, June 20, 2025, in Nea Vrasna Thessaloniki. A 4 -year -old baby boy from Serbia suffered an epileptic seizure while swimming, resulting in his lungs filled with water and suffocating.
As he stated in voria.gr Christos Tialiakas, “fortunately on the spot was a physician of the child of the child’s family and began immediately.”
Other rescuers, who were directly notified by a businessman in the area and were in constant contact with EKAB doctor, rushed to the spot. The child returned to life while stabilized before the ambulance arrived and oxygen was given.
The child was taken to an EKAB ambulance at the New Maditos Health Center.
In a post he posted, the team of Volvi Volunteer Volvi describes what has happened and notes: “Today, a 4 -year -old child lives, because a chain of people worked properly a society that cares.”
