Open the curtain today for the 2nd ASEP’s written competition, conducted with significant innovations. The 47,410 participation will seek to achieve high performance in order to establish Right to participate in the recruitment process expected to be finalized in September and concerns the annual recruitment planning of 2026 and 2027 for the degree in University and Technological Education.
The competition will take place For the first time electronically and will take place in two phases:
The first in Athens from today until July 7th and the second in Thessaloniki from July 12th to 27th of the same month.
It should be noted that one of the innovations of the e -competition is that the participants chose themselves on the day and time of examination through a special, digital platform.

Of candidates, 45% of them has stated as a place of residence of his Attica or Thessaloniki, while 55% the rest of Greece. In the knowledge examination, candidates will be asked to answer multiple choice questions related to sections a) Constitutional Law, (b) Administrative Law, c) European Institutions and Law, d) Economic Sciences, (e) Public Administration and Management of Human Resources,

In particular, skills such as productive and inductive reasoning will be evaluated, while examining working -class behaviors related to the Single Skill Framework, in particular with (a) citizen orientation, b) teamwork, c) adaptability, d) outcome, e) organization and planning;
As for the innovations of the competition, they are summarized as follows:
a) It will be entirely electronic, since candidates will receive the issues on a computer and submit their answers through it. This is expected to lead to a faster version of the candidates’ score.
(b) The knowledge questions will come from a bank bank that has already been posted on the ASEP website by facilitating candidates to prepare.
(c) Candidates chose themselves on the day and time of examination through a special electronic platform created by ASEP. The right to participate in the review will be electronically identified by the “reading” of the QR code that each candidate has received.
d) There will be no basis in the competition, since the emphasis is on the comparative ranking of the candidates.
It is recalled that the candidates participating in the competition will be scored by the new framework of increased molecules on the criterion of locality. Specifically, the score is increased by 40 points for the residents of mountainous and island municipalities regardless of the population, and by 20 points for the residents of border areas or municipalities with a population of up to 25,000 inhabitants.
But the beneficiaries will have an obligation to serve for at least 10 years, in the position where they are appointed, and for 5 additional years in services of the same Regional Unit in which the Municipality is located, which they used the criterion of locality.
