On Wednesday, June 25th the first meeting of its pre -trial Commission that received the “green light” of the plenary to investigate any misconduct of the infringement of the infringement by the former Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Costa Ah. Karamanlis in the case of Temps.
The Bureau of the House called on parliamentary groups to declare members of the pre -investigation by next Tuesday. The ND will designate 14 members including Mr. Stavros Keletsis which will probably be proposed for the position of President and Mr. Andreas Nikolakopoulos for the position of rapporteur.
The PASOK will be represented by the Milena Apostolaki, Evangelia Liakouli and George Moulkiotis, the SYRIZA by them Theophilos Xanthopoulos, Giorgos Papailioύ or Alexander Meikopoulos. OR New left by Dimitris Tzanakopoulos and the KKE by Mr. Nίco Karathanasopoulos. OR Greek solution by Paraschos Papadakis or Win Probably by K. Tassos Economopoulos and the Sauce by Mrs Eleni Karageorgopoulou.
Intention The majority of the government is to apply a similar procedure to the one followed by Mr Triantopoulos’s case and to refer Mr Karamanlis to the Judicial Council by fast proceedings by the end of July.
