Fire broke out shortly after 4 pm Thursday (18/06/2025) at Igoumenitsa in a forest area near the settlement of Mazarakia.
At the point where the fire broke out in Igoumenitsa, strong firefighters are operating by DIPYN. Thesprotia, while reinforcements are expected by Ioannina, Thesprotiko and Arta.
According to first information, no houses or facilities are threatened.
