EXTERNAL: The merger with Energy Node was approved

The technical construction company EXTERNAL announced today (9.12.2024) that the merge with Energy Node.

In more detail, EKTER’s announcement is as follows: EKTER SA (“EKTER” or “Company”) announces that in accordance with Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 and the Regulation of the Athens Stock Exchange on 09.12.2024 it was registered in the G.E.MH. with registration number (KAK) 4875703, the no. first 3509153/ 09.12.2024 Decision of the Ministry of Development and Investments, which approved the merger of the Company with the absorption of the company with the name “ENERGY KOMBOS ANONIMI ENERGY – DEVELOPMENT – INVESTMENT COMPANY” with no. LOAD 131245301000 (“Energy Node” or “Absorbed”).

The merger was carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law 4601/2019, of N. 4548/2018 and article 54 of Law 4172/2013, as well as the provisions of the Regulations of the Athens Stock Exchange and the legislation of the Capital Market.
