The program continues’Moan electrically-G-Cyclos, “according to the announcement of Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
Specifically, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transportation “Moving Electric” program is re -activated, with guaranteed funding, enabling citizens and businesses to acquire electric vehicles and contribute to the gradual transition to a more sustainable urban transformation.
The new notice will be different from the previous ones as it focuses on strengthening more beneficiaries. The basic subsidy is set at 3,000 euros per car, reaching 4,500 euros as it is combined with withdrawal of old and polluting car.
The aim is to support more beneficiaries and to promote less value electric vehicles, so that electric drive ceases to be a privilege of the few.
Central points of the new program:
- EUR 3,000 basic subsidy for any natural person who buys or leases a purely electric IX worth up to 50,000 euros (LTPF).
- +1,500 euros with withdrawal of old polluting vehicle.
- +400 euros for a smart charger.
- Extra bonus for:
- Disabled: +1,000 euros.
- Youth up to 29 years: +500 euros.
- Three -year -olds/families: +1,000 to 2,000 euros.
Businesses and legal entities receive a subsidy of EUR 3,000 per car, while in cases where they are based on the island, the subsidy is increased by +1,000 euros. The Test Drive for delegations is also supported.
The program also covers:
- Electric scooters, tricycles and class of class L with a subsidy of from 700 to 1,500 euros.
- Electric bicycles with a subsidy of up to 500 euros.
- Electric wheelchairs.
The start of new applications will be announced by a press release on the website of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport.
At the same time, actions to strengthen the charging network are continuing. Private sector investments, coupled with state aid offered, are expected to significantly increase the charging network in the coming years, supporting the spread of electricity across the country.
