Agreement with the group Sklavenite For the construction – completion of a building of a total area of 24,000 square meters and the design of a surrounding area, the production and trafficking unit of ready -made foods, the Avax.
Avax undertakes-confirming the company’s know-how in complex building infrastructure-the construction of the Sklavenitis ready-made production and trafficking unit in Paima, in Magoula Attica, a budget project of € 35 million. The agreement was signed with Avra SA, a subsidiary of the Sklavenitis Group.
The project includes a ground floor of 16,000 square meters and a first floor of 8,000 square meters (Friday – refrigerators – offices), while the contracting also refers to the design of the surrounding area around the building with a total area of 25,000 square meters.
Initially, all electromechanical infrastructures such as networks, fiber, drainage, and at the same time will be manufactured underground drinking water from reinforced concrete with a total volume of 400 cubic meters as well as two biological cleaning tanks. Then there will be a 200 -square -foot boiler room and a metal roof in the parking lots.
The new project undertaken by AVAX reflects the high know -how, tradition and reliability of the company in the construction of complex building projects and certifies its great operational capabilities.
