The Independent Public Revenue Authority (AADE), continuing the actions of its operational planning to combat smuggling and the need to monitor the fuel Throughout the supply chain, it is upgrading the input-output system at the gas stations from 12 June (JMD A.1176/2024).
This upgrade is an important step in ensuring complete transparency in fuel trafficking, providing AADE a powerful and reliable tool for monitoring and evaluating the operation of stations across the country.
What changes with the new JMD?
- Automatic level measurement mechanism (Amms): Now, there will be an automatic and accurate counting of the quantity and temperature of the fuel in each tank, for greater transparency and minimization of any quantitative failures.
- Certified volumetric tables: The volumetric tables will be designed exclusively by bodies accredited by the National Accreditation System (ESYD) or European bodies (ELOT EN ISO/IEC 17025), for maximum accuracy and validity in the measurements.
- Multi -Days (SI) Aggregate: A centralized balance is introduced for more days, which allows for immediate detection of any “abnormal behavior” for targeted checks.
- Certification of Installers: Those who operate as installers of the input-output system should now be certified for their technical competence.
- Immediate Alarm Signal Transmission (Alarms): All alarms from the critical functions of the system will be transmitted in real time to the AADE signal reception center, allowing immediate reaction.
- Interoperability: The new input-input system will operate with the Central Infraction Infraction Infraction System and other AADE applications for the immediate transmission of quantities and values data.
To ensure the timely and smooth transition to the new system, AADE has sent reminders by e-mail to 1165 gas stations and 65 software manufacturers and installers regarding the obligation to adapt their systems to new specifications.
