The payment of personal difference to National Bank supplementary insurance pensioners is extended

With an amendment passed last week by the Parliament, together with the new labor law, an extension of the payment of personal difference to the pensioners of the Personnel Assistance Account (ie supplementary insurance) National Bank of Greece and the Special Assistance Account for Personnel of National Bank of Greece – Former National Bank of Greece Personnel S.A.

According to the explanatory statement of the amendment, the evaluated arrangement ensures the continuation of the payment of a personal difference of supplementary pension to the pensioners of the National Bank of Greece Staff Assistance Account (LEPETE) and the Special Staff Assistance Account of the National Bank of Greece – Former Staff of National Real Estate S.A. (ELEPETE-PETHNAK) until 31.12.2027.

It is necessary in order to ensure the smooth transition resulting from the new way of calculating the supplementary pension of the pensioners of LEPETE and ELEPETE-PPETHNAK their inclusion in e-EFKA.
