Another school unit in Serres inhibits its operation as it was identified streptococcus to students. This is the Music School, as announced by the Municipality of Serres on Sunday night (25.05.2025).
Is the fifth school that will be closed to Serres Monday (26.05.2025), Due to outbreaks of streptococcusafter the 4th – 17th Elementary School and the 8th – 25th Elementary School.
The decision was taken by the Municipality of Serres for preventive reasons and, in the context of protection of public health, in accordance with the Directives of the National Public Health Organization (EDY).
All school facilities will be completely disinfected to ensure their safe reopening.
