The establishment of a Working Group for the integration of European Parliament and Council of October 2324 to improve the conditions for the improvement of conditions for the incorporation of the European Parliament work of workers in platforms The Minister of Labor, Niki Kerameos, decided.
The first article of this Directive on the work of platforms’ work states that this Directive establishes minimal rights that apply to all persons who work on a platform in the Union working or who, according to the assessment of the facts, are considered to work under contract or employment relationships, such as employment of employment, Court of law.
This Directive also establishes rules to improve the protection of natural persons against the processing of personal data that relate to them, by providing measures on algorithmic management applied to persons who work on a platform in the Union, including those who do not have a contract or employment relationship.
This Directive shall apply to digital work platforms organizing a platform labor that is executed in the Union, irrespective of their place of installation or by other applicable law.
