The platform for submitting the relevant requests will remain open for one month, until Thursday, June 12, 2025.

Beneficiaries of the subsidy are all non -domestic electricity consumers with business and supply of commercial/general or industrial use with gross income for the tax year 2023 (Code 047 of E3 form E3 of the income tax return) smaller or equal to EUR 10,000,000. and/or fishing and aquaculture products.

In addition, beneficiaries should:

  • They have notified both the Competent Electricity Network Manager and the Electricity supplier their tax registration number (VAT).
  • For the months of December 2024, January and February 2025 to be contracted in floating electricity supply invoices in green or yellow.
  • There should be no history of identified rheumatoid articles in any electricity linked to their VAT from January 1, 2020, for which arrears are pending, arising out of their settlement.

Categories of beneficiaries

According to the amount of gross tax revenue 2023 or the main CAD

Beneficiaries of the subsidy are divided into 4 categories, depending on the amount of the gross revenue for the tax year 2023 or the main CAD of the business, as stated in the AADE tax register until the entry into force of this Decision.

  • The first category includes legal or natural persons with annual gross income for the tax year 2023 (code 047 of the E3 form of the income tax return) less than or equal to EUR 500,000. In the first category it is presumed to belong to new businesses, which do not have gross income for the tax year 2023 and if there are certified counts of electricity consumption by the competent manager.
  • The second category includes legal or natural persons with annual gross revenue for the tax year 2023 (code 047 of the E3 form) greater than EUR 500,000 and smaller or equal to EUR 1,000,000.
  • Category C is owned by legal or natural persons with annual gross revenue for the tax year of 2023 greater than EUR 1,000,000 and less than or equal to EUR 10,000,000.
  • Category D is owned by legal or natural persons who have the main CAD 10.71 and 10.72 (bakery, production of fresh confectionery and the production of nuts and biscuits, the production of preserved confectionery, respectively) or have a main 96.01 (washing and drying) their gross revenue, up to the threshold of EUR 10,000,000 in the tax year 2023.

Subsidies

About the amount of the subsidy, the following apply:

  • For the beneficiary consumers of electricity in the First Class, the unit subsidy amounts to EUR 20 per megawatt hour (MWh), ie € 0.02/kWh and applies to 100% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
  • For the beneficiary consumers of the 2nd Class B, the unit subsidy amounts to EUR 20 per megawatt hour (MWh), ie € 0.02/kWh and applies to 80% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
  • For the beneficiary consumers of the 3rd category, the unit subsidy is set at € 20 per megawatt hour (MWh), ie € 0.02/kWh and applies to 60% of the power consumption of the beneficiary business.
  • For the beneficiary consumers of the 4th category, the unit subsidy is set at the amount of 40 euros per megawatt hour (MWh), ie € 0.04/kWh and applies to 100% of the consumption of the beneficiary business.

Application process

Application is submitted by beneficiaries with business passwords to AADE Tax Services in Special DEDDIE Portal.

Applicants will have to confirm the identity of the business, using the taxisnet passwords. To this end, they first provide their consent to the processing of the necessary data in the context of submission, control and approval of the subsidy application and state that they have been aware of and comply with the terms and procedures of the measure.
