Dimitris Fliouis said he was expecting a crazy atmosphere at the Sunel Arena in the Final Four of the Basketball Champions League, while for the AEK battle with the powerful Malaga in the semifinals he stressed that the Sakota team would give it everything to qualify for the final.

“We are very excited to host and participate in the Final Four. It was a goal we tried to achieve all these years. We fought a lot about it and we did. We are very happy about it.”
As to whether it is extra motivation that they are playing against the trophy owner: “It is definitely a big challenge against the champions. Regardless of the opponent we will try to approach the game the same way. I wait to fight and hope to qualify for the final.”
As to whether it’s the most competitive Final Four: “I agree, year after year the level goes up and the game will be difficult for everyone.”
On whether he is waiting for the best atmosphere of his career: “Yes, I’m sure. The stadium will be full. Our fans give us a lot of energy and support us all year. It will be a crazy atmosphere and everyone will enjoy it, it will push us to victory.”
