“It was clear that the Duke of Sussex felt that the system did not behave well, but I came to the conclusion – after studying the details of the evidence, that I could not say that the sense of injustice that the Duke feels was translated into a legal argument in favor of the debate.”
Harry sought to overthrow a decision taken by the British Interior Ministry, which is responsible for policing and had ruled in February 2020 that he would not automatically receive personal police protection while in Britain.
Last year, the Supreme Court in London ruled that the ruling was legal and three judges of the Court of Appeal ratified her, arguing that, although they understand that Harry feels affected, there is no legal error.
