AADE: The contract for the new taxpayer service center signed

The contract for the creation of the new Service Center was signed Taxpayer (Chapter), according to the announcement of AADEto upgrade business and citizens.

The project for the creation of a Taxpayer Service Center, budget of 26,860,800 euros, is funded by the Greece 2.0 recovery and resilience fund and is another important step in the digital transition of AADE.

Utilizing advanced technological infrastructure, the new KEF focuses on the needs of taxpayers and offers:

  • Omni Channel: a modern contact center that effectively unifies and manages all citizens’ demands, regardless of the communication channel they choose – telephone, digital or natural.
  • Digital Assistant and Procedure Automation: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence Technologies and automation of critical operational functions to provide immediate, rapid and personalized service.

The new Chapter is implemented by the Association of Companies “Choose-Cosmote E-Value-EY” and is expected to be produced in the next quarter.

During the signing of the contract, AADE Governor George Pitsilis stressed: “We are introducing a new era of interactivity and immediacy into the service of citizens and businesses. We invest in modern technological tools to provide immediate, friendly and personalized communication. We confirm our steady commitment to upgrading our services, always focusing on the taxpayer. “
