US National Security Adviser Mike Walts said yesterday (27.4.2025) that “the agreement with Ukraine will close”.
The two sides signed a Memorandum on April 18 as a first step towards the conclusion of an agreement on the rare land of Ukraine.
Although they both believed that they would sign an agreement on Ukrainian minerals in February, it was delayed after meeting in a tense climate at the Oval Office by Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski with US President Donald Trump.
