Finally, the end of the April 25th for taxpayers who want to intervene in the pre -paid and pre -secured initials tax returns income income as the independent public revenue authority (AADE) to submit them permanently, in an automated manner.
Although taxpayers are not required, the AADE recommends that they control the completeness and correctness of the information that has been supplemented in the tax returns, so that if they find inaccuracies or deficiencies, they will proceed with their correction or supplementation.
It is recalled that yesterday (24.04.2025) the deadline for the submission of the original statements expired, and from today until July 15, the period is provided for the submission of an amending statement, without sanctions.
If the resulting tax is repaid by July 31, all taxpayers are entitled to the following discounts:
- 4% for statements submitted up to April 30
- 3% for statements submitted from May 1 to June 16
- 2% for statements submitted from June 17 to July 15
Specifically for taxpayers involved in legal entities or legal entities that keep simplistic books, the 2% discount applies to statements that will be made from June 17 to July 31.
It is worth pointing out that to give the above discounts, the tax will be repaid either one -off or in part, but in any case until July 31.
