Were finalized today Friday (25.4.2025) in an automated manner by AADE739.576 pre -secured tax returns Income for a total of 835,766 natural persons.
In the event that the data, on the basis of which the pre -cleaned statements were finalized, are inaccurate or incomplete, taxpayers are obliged to modify them and/or supplement the correct information by submitting amending tax return without sanctions (as it has an initial statement).
It is recalled that the payment of the tax applies the general provisions applied and for statements made by the taxpayers themselves. Specifically, the payment is made in 8 equal monthly installments, of which the first should be paid by Thursday 31/7/2025 and each of the following to the last business day of the next 7 months.
In the event of the payment of the tax, either one -off or with partial payments by 31.7.2025, a 4%discount is provided. The same discount rate applies to modifications that will be made until 30.4.2025.
For amending statements submitted after 1 May which results in an additional debit amount for payment, a discount is provided:
- 3%, if submitted up to 16/6 and
- 2% if submitted up to 15/7.
It is noted that the initial tax amount resulting from automatic finalization retains the 4%discount.
It should be noted that the tax specified through automatic finalization is not offsetting its own by any taxpayer’s claims against the State prior to the expiry of the general deadline for filing (15.7.2025).
